Affiliate & Influencer Disclosure Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
1. Who This Applies To
This policy applies to affiliates, influencers, creators, reviewers, ambassadors, agencies, social media partners, wholesale partners, employees, contractors, and anyone with a material connection to Azurith Labs.
2. Required Disclosures
Use clear disclosures such as: “Sponsored,” “Paid partnership,” “I may earn a commission,” “Gifted by Azurith Labs,” or “I received this product for free.”
3. Placement
Disclosures must be easy to see, placed near the endorsement, and not hidden in hashtags, footers, or collapsed text. Video disclosures should be visible or spoken clearly.
4. Approved Claims Only
Influencers may only use approved HYDRYON™ descriptions and may not claim cure, treatment, disease prevention, medical results, infection prevention, lesion removal, or guaranteed outcomes unless approved in writing.
5. Honest Opinions
Endorsements must reflect honest opinions and actual experiences. Do not create fake reviews or imply typical results that are not supported.
6. Monitoring and Removal
Azurith Labs may request correction or removal of non-compliant content. Continued non-compliance may result in termination from any affiliate or influencer program.
