1. Approved Positioning
Use safer phrases such as: “topical skin wellness,” “skin wellness support,” “product education,” “use only as directed,” “responsible topical use,” and “consult a qualified professional for suspicious skin concerns.”
2. Prohibited or High-Risk Claims Without Review
Do not claim that HYDRYON™ cures, treats, prevents, mitigates, or removes disease, skin cancer, actinic keratosis, infection, lesions, tumors, or medical conditions unless such claims are legally reviewed and supported by the required regulatory pathway.
3. Testimonials and Reviews
Customer testimonials must be truthful, representative, permission-based, and not misleading. Testimonials may not imply disease treatment, guaranteed results, or medical outcomes unless legally reviewed.
4. Before/After Images
Before/after images may create implied claims. Do not publish before/after content involving lesions, medical conditions, infections, or disease-related outcomes unless approved by legal and regulatory review.
5. Influencers and Affiliates
Influencers, affiliates, partners, endorsers, and compensated reviewers must clearly disclose any material connection to Azurith Labs. Acceptable disclosures may include “Sponsored,” “Paid partnership,” or “I may earn a commission,” depending on the arrangement and platform.
6. Scientific and Research References
Scientific discussion must be accurate, balanced, and not overstated. Research references should not imply that HYDRYON™ has been proven to treat a disease unless such claim is specifically supported and approved for use.
7. Advertising Review
All advertising claims, paid media, influencer scripts, product claims, and landing pages should be reviewed before launch or paid promotion.
